If “X” needs something beyond the power of the free market, it needs something other than what Democrats are proposing. And if what Democrats are proposing gets passed, then it’s unconstitutional.
Actually, he didn’t quite write that. “X” is actually “health care.” But he adds “There’s no issue you can’t do this with,” and he’s right.
